Elizabeth Marshall, RN

Elizabeth is the Practice Nurse at our rooms in Nepean Private Hospital.

Elizabeth graduated with a Diploma of Health Sciences (Nursing) and has 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in both the public and private hospital systems in a number of different specialty areas. Elizabeth works in our practice 4 days a week, and maintains a professional link in the operating theatre working as a scrub nurse in Urology on the remaining day available in her week. This gives her a unique understanding of the different types of minimally invasive surgeries undertaken for treatment of kidney stone disease.

Elizabeth’s role in our practice is to provide support for patients and their families. Her role as educator covers all aspects of kidney stone disease and prevention. She is also responsible for prospective data collection and overseeing research activities within our practice, thus helping us to audit our results and maintain best practice.
